Our Soft BMatte Flyers are a solid 100% black - acid free sulfite paper and custom pressed using our high resolution DTF transfers. Like all of our products, you can purchase just the transfer, the transfer and the paper or we can print and press for you on 9 different available colors. All you need is a heat press to get started. Pressing DTF transfers on flyers require usually less than 10 seconds depending on the paper ana a temperature setting of @ 220°F.

Sheet Quantity: Quantity of transfers per 22" gang sheet
Add-on: 3 3/4" wide or size of the Add-on Press Location for shirt orders
XX-Large: 14" height, best for L - 2XL shirts
X-Large: 11 1/4" width, best for L - XL shirts.
Large: 7 3/8" width, best for S - M shirts
Medium: 5 1/2" width, best for S shirts
Small: 3 3/4" width, best for left chest and caps
Short: 5 5/8" tall, best for S - M shirts

For Cotton Tees
1. Set Heat Press to 300° F
2. Pre-press blank shirt for 5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture
3. Place transfer glossy side up on shirt
4. Cover the transfer with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper
5. Press with medium-to-firm pressure for 10 seconds
6. Pull Teflon sheet and rub transfer with firm pressure using a dry eraser or old tee
7. Pull transfer using a shallow motion when cooled
8. Re-press an additional 5 seconds without Teflon to extend shirt life
IMPORTANT
Always test fabrics using an old shirt to help adjust settings.
Hot peel popularity is gaining ground, but we still prefer cold peel. Either one should be tested on the first peel to determine which works best for your press and fabric.
Cotton blends and Polyesters require less press time (around 7 - 8 seconds) at a lower temperature (around 270° F - 280° F)
