Important Upload Notes

  • PNG, SVG, PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPG and GIF files are supported
  • Upload Allover (non DTF) video brochure artwork as 300 dpi PDF files
  • DTF artwork should be uploaded as transparent 300 dpi PNG files
  • We print as we see it. Do not mirror or add backgrounds to DTF artwork
  • View your upload for DTF on different backgrounds with the Color Viewer

Shipping Policy

Gang sheet orders are usually shipped by next business day. You can select your preferred shipping method at check-out.

Return Policy

We will replace defective bulk DTF transfer sheets caused by manufacturing errors only.

We offer a production proof option using Priority Mail to ensure color and copy. This allows you to test the transfer on the appropriate fabric and have your customer approve prior to full production.

We offer replacement-only on gang sheets that do not match our retained proof for copy and color on orders. Warranty is valid on products received within 10 days of the gang sheet proof delivery date.
