Loading a RagMill™ video brochure is easy. Using the supplied USB charging cable, simply drag and drop your file(s) to the "video" folder on your brochure.
RagMill™ Video Brochures do not require special software or drivers and works just like a USB flash drive only with the added benefit of having your company branding and a built-in video player that plays your message the instant it's opened.

Yes! MediaWrite Video Brochures take approximately 2 hours to recharge.
Based on an average video length, you can expect about 50 to 60 plays per charge under normal use or up to 2 hours of continuous play. In standby mode (or sleep mode), your video brochure may hold its charge for up to 2 years.
Yes! MediaWrite die-cuts, prints manufactures and sells its own line of video brochures to both resellers and businesses.
Resellers may add value with video, motion graphics and a host of other services. Corporations can purchase directly from MediaWrite (minimum 3 units). For consumer level purchases or questions, please contact one of our dealers directly.
Our video brochures come standard with 2gb of storage but can be ordered with 512MB, 1GB or 4gb of memory.
Depending on the compression and video format you use, you can expect to get between 1 1/2 - 2 hours of play time.

All MediaWrite Video Brochures come with a 30 day limited warranty. Check with your reseller if you purchased U.S. made MediaWrite™ video brochures but not directly from MediaWrite.
MediaWrite does not replace damaged video brochures but may offer replacement or repair.

They play immediately when opened and can be operated by a 2 year old. They're an advertising media and not likely to be stolen from kiosks or malls but yet unlikely to be thrown away when used as a "leave behind" by salespeople.
There's no security issues like passwords or confidential information to worry about.
They can be custom printed and do not require software updates, downloads, WiFi or Internet connections and your users don't have to view ads.

Corporations can purchase directly from MediaWrite with orders of 3 or more video brochures or for a print sample (limit 1 sample).
Yes. We can custom print, 4 color video brochures for any order size. We also offer UV, Spot UV, Foil and other custom finishes. There is additional setup fees for orders of 50 units or less.
Custom die-cuts are also available but subject to the size and limitations of the internal components and electronics.
A QR (Quick Response) code is a form of bar code that can be scanned with a smartphone.
MediaWrite's founder create dynamic (redirectable) QRs back in 2010. They are special QRs that allow advanced functionality, like editable URLs, device detection, analytics, and our own Video QR Codes.
Our Video QR Codes allow your customer to scan a QR and be presented instantly with the video on their device.
Custom mobile apps can also be written for our Video QR Codes that can handle just about any kind of functionality.
MediaWrite video brochures typically play for about 80 minutes before they require a charge. Actual playtime will vary depending on your video size, the file format used, recorded audio levels and other factors.
The perfect video aspect ratio is 16:9 for a 7" video brochure or 800 x 450 pixels or for our new HD LCD displays. Other aspect ratios and higher resolutions may also work but may take up more available storage.
We offer corporate photography, videography, aerial video services. We also offer video production services, voice-over talent, motion graphics, 3d animation, Chroma Keying and other video related services.
MediaWrite also offers graphics design services including company logos, video graphics, print graphics and more.
