Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns apply to defective items only and do not apply to style, materials, color, copy or other defects beyond our control. Returns are also not allowed on bulk items such as 25 or more coins. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  You’ll also need the RagMill.com order number as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are eligible for return except bulk orders (25 or more resin coins) , metal coins and resin coins if found defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is received and accepted, we will create a new order for the exact same item unless other arrangements are made.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you may be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post and refund.
