How do I order a single TapCoin™?

What are your coins made of?

Our coins are made from professional grade ABS resin to accommodate high-definition, 2.5D modeling. This technology offers superior results over struck metal or laser-cut coins with similar durability. As a side benefit, the lower weight is highly desirable for business cards and other special uses while providing much lower costs.

Are your coins made in the USA?

All RagMill.com coins are made in the USA.

How thick are your coins?

Standard coin thickness is 3.5mm. Our TapCoin™ line of coins is 4.5mm to accommodate for the embedded NFC tag.

Do you offer metal coins?

Yes. For bulk orders of 50 or more coins, please contact sales for a custom quote.

Do you offer other products than coins?

We also offer challenge coins, key chains, pendants and dog tags (select the drill option when ordering). We also offer other table-top signs, oversized coins, 3D promotional products and more. Please contact sales@ragmill.com for more information or custom quotes.

What is a TapCoin?

A TapCoin™ is an NFC embedded resin coin that allows automatic smartphone interaction.

Do smartphones need special software to read a TapCoin?

No. Over 90% of smartphones have it installed and functioning at the time of purchase.

Can I purchase additional TapCoins to use as club IDs or for other special purposes?

Yes. All bundle quantities come with one free TapCoin™ which is perfect when purchasing business card coins, but you can select the "Add TapCoin™ option in the Coin Designer when ordering. For instance you could purchase a 10 pack of coins and add the TapCoin™ option to all of them and then place a second order for another set of standard coins to use as business cards.

Why doesn't RagMill.com offer multiple TapCoin™ purchase quantities?

When used as a business card, a single RagMill.com TapCoin™ is all that is needed to share phone numbers, contact information, email addresses or social media links.

What functions can a smartphone perform when tapping your coins?

Standard functions include dialing phone numbers, launching websites, sharing social links and text, sending emails and SMS messaging.

Can a TapCoin™ configuration be easily changed?

Yes. Using free phones apps like NFC tools will allow you to easily configuration the type of operation you want smartphones to perform. These include dialing, launching websites, texting and more.

Design Questions:

What file formats can you read?

Our coin designer allows you to upload "JPG", "PNG" which are necessary for compatibility with AI prompts. You can also email other standard formats like "AI", "PSD", "DXF" and more to sales@ragmill.com.

Can I use AI with my company logo?

Yes. Our AI engine supports simultaneous text-to-image and image-to-image AI design generation. This helps the AI engine to create designs that work well with your company logo or colors.

Why is all your clipart grayscale?

Our coins are created from grayscale depth map technology which allows for 2.D coin depth. Coins are created from 1 color ABS Pro resins followed by an acrylic spray to further protect from UV and moisture for years of use.

Can I approve my order before you start?

Yes. When you checkout there is a comments section that you request a proof with.

What paint options do you offer?

We offer dozends os background (base) colors. For custom all-over colors please submit a request in the comments section of your shopping cart before you checkout. We will contact you with options and pricing.

Can I make a change to my design after I order?

Yes. We retain all artwork for orders and will correct typos and other details.

Order Questions:

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is for 3 custom coins (plus 1 free TapCoin™). We also have promotional periods from time-to-time for 1 free custom coin.

How long does it take before I get my coins?

We normally ship next day and rarely need more than 24 business hours.

Do you offer expidited shipping?

Yes. We offer several options including overnight.

Can I get a free sample?

Yes. You can even order a free coin during our special promotions with custom artwork and only pay for standard shipping (currently less than $5)
